This Confectionery Coating Pan easily attaches to any KitchenAid® or Hobart® mixer. It is made of food grade stainless steel, including the incline stand which provides a nice working angle that can be adjusted to meet your requirements.

Baffles inside the Confectionery Coating Pan assist with proper coating, and its design facilitates quick clean up. Simply remove the clips from the coating pan and hand wash or place into any dishwasher.

Basic operating instructions are provided for this Confectionery Coating Pan but this item requires confectionery skill and candy making knowledge for best results. Like learning how to temper chocolate or produce chocolate and confections, use of this product requires hands on experience and repeated use to become proficient.
