The Dedy 220 Enrobing Machine comes with a belt width of 220 mm and a 20 kg working tank. The enrober is movable and suitable for all enrobing jobs, and is ideal for enrobing confections, pastries, cakes up to 4.7 inches tall, fruit, fudge, etc.
Total enrobing, bottom enrobing only, or side and partial enrobing are possible with the Dedy 220 Enrobing Machine. Configure to your particular requirements by adding a short take-off table or an automatic table with an auto shut-off feature. Capacity can be augmented with warming drawers, and a cooling turnnel is an option as well.
The Dedy 220 Enrobing Machine is designed to be very easy to clean and easy to operate. Comes with a new drain cock & removable chocolate tank for easy cleaning and changing of chocolate, has molding conversion capapbility, & much more.
