The DR45 is a self-contained chocolate shaver that is extremely durable and performs in the most demanding kitchens. It is equipped with a 6-blade rotary knife system and has an Easy-fit™ opening to accommodate all sizes of chocolate blocks. Stabilized on four wheels (two with brakes), it can be moved from place to place without worry.
