SHIPS...all products FedEx ground service unless otherwise requested. F.O.B. point is Georgetown, TX or as designated by in stock availability. Shipping rates provided herein are for estimating purposes only and may vary with actual charges. Goods shipping to a residential address will be slightly higher, and determined by FedEX using the shipping address provided. Goods designated as 'Made to Order' will take 2-6 weeks to process. 

PROCESSES...your orders within 4 business days, or if goods ordered are not in stock, we will contact you via telephone and/or email you for backorder instructions. If you are ordering a number of products, you may prefer for stock goods to ship immediately with backordered goods as quickly as available.  

Please know that TCF is very sensitive to transportation costs and are committed to providing you with cost effective services. If you have a FedEx account, we are happy to ship 3rd party 'on your account' in the U.S. for orders over $75. Shipments outside the U.S. will be sourced using alternate carriers to locate the best possible price for you. You will be personally contacted by us prior to shipment, to verify your order details and to approve the shipping carrier and associated cost. Of course, you may specify a freight forwarder of your choosing, as desired.
