Base surface: 350mm x 350mm. Includes: 4 frames - 15 mm, 22.5 mm, 30 mm, 37.5 mm. The base is made of high quality aluminium alloy for durability and to minimize weight. Compare to other models made of plastic, which is not as durable and does not consistently provide precise and consistent cuts. Frames are made of stainless steel. Wire spacing: Intervals of 7.5 mm is standard (or select alternate option of 5 mm). Use the included Pick-Up Pan to move food product to and from the Dedy Confectionery Guitar Cutter and candy slicer. To further maximize your productivity, we suggest that you work with ganache frames. These can be ordered separately.
