Chocolate World Wheelie Molding Machine

Chocolate World manufacturers an ideal table-top molding machine called the Wheelie. This functional molding and dipping machine is currently in stock at TCF Sales, in the Austin area. 

The Wheelie, made in Belgium, is well known for frequent use by Chocolatiers and bakeries. Chocolate molds can be quickly filled and confectionery products like Cake Pops and cakes can be quickly dipped or covered by placing under the wheel-driven dispensing spout. Flowing chocolate can also be transferred from the spout to a ladle or spoon to drizzle over pastries.

This chocolate melting, dipping and moulding machine does not have onboard cooling so the Wheelie is not considered an automatic tempering machine. However, couverture chocolate can be seed-tempered as desired. Melted compound chocolate (oil based) is ready when you are to chocolate coat your confections. When not in use, cover with its included lid to prevent dust or other debris from getting into your chocolate.  

This table-top Wheelie chocolate melter and molding machine does not take up a lot of valuable counter space so works well in most any environment, including expositions, molding training sessions, etc.
