Automate traditional time-consuming coating and enrobing of confectionery foods to increase your productivity and efficiency with the Chocolate World CW40 enrobing and moulding machine. The CW40 offers a heated vibrating system that is adjustable in intensity to control the thickness of your chocolate, a blowing unit that is adjustable in height and intensity, and a conveyor belt whose speed can be regulated to accommodate specific foods and/or the number of employees working with the machine. Food-grade paper covers the 200 mm wide conveyor belt that when not in use, conveniently stores upright. A pull-out table on the enrobing belt provides extra working area as desired.
