Maestria 60 automatic tempering and moulding machine for volume applications, and optional 300 mm enrobing belt.

The MAESTRIA 60 automatic continuous tempering machine is designed for workshops with medium to high capacity production applications with 60kg capacity and optional enrobing belt.

The continuous tempering system uses 3 tempering zones and different tempering processes (fast and soft) and features a touch control CPU panel with programmable tempering curves, weekly timer and night cycle, a removable heated vibrating table, a removable tempering auger with speed controller, and a pedal operated electronic depositor for filling molds and other uses.

The Maestria tempering machine is recommended to be used with couverture chocolate and works well with craft chocolate using the optional add-on craft chocolate bar molding upgrade at the time of order. For increased productivity, add an optional mold loader or cooling tunnel.
