Optimize your molded chocolate production with the Micro Clima vertical cooling tunnel made specifically for polycarbonate molds (moulds). Attached to a tempering machine, the Micro Clima is a smaller cooling tunnel that features a vertical movement system to cool your chocolate.
Equipped with 2 fans and 2 loading towers of 20 molds each, timed mold presence sensors, a speed regulator and pneumatic pistons for horizontal movement of molds, the Micro Clima will cool your moulded chocolates without sacrificing space.
