The NINJA BEAN is an efficient, practical and fast way to cut or remove the husks or shells from the beans and to reduce the size of the cacao nibs.
Created for the craft chocolate maker, the NIJA BEAN stands apart from other winnowers by incorporating many helpful features. Users are able to adjust the cut according to the size of the cacao beans (which means fewer passes are required) and can adjust the speed of operation to ensure the absence of dust. Nibs are easily collected by a PVC conveyor belt and shells are collected into a heavy cotton bag. The hopper is removable to facilitate cleaning.
