Piston operated Chocolate Depositor for filling Truffles and chocolate shells from blister moulds (molds).

Also known as a Praline Fix or Easy Fill, this Chocolate Depositor make Truffle and confectionery filling a breeze. Fill moulds with chocolate, ganache or nougat, up to 100 fillings per minute (6000 per hour).

This Chocolat Depositor for Truffles comes with 7 heated 60mm L standard width nozzles, a hopper for your fluid ganache, nougat or couverture chocolate, a tray with centering device, two pallet holders (1 with centering device, 1 without), an acrylic lid, spare parts and cleaning tools. NOTE: If you wish to fill moulds with liquor, optional 60mm L thin nozzles are available for purchase.
