The Betec MTE 80 is an automatic tempering machine that can be ordered for moulding and/or enrobing, with an 80kg capacity tank, and many extras dual dosing pumps for continuous mould filling.

The Betec MTE 80 automatic tempering machine comes standard as a moulding station or can be ordered for both moulding and enrobing, with an 80kg tank capacity but that can also be fed from an external chocolate melting tank for increased productivity.

The MTE 80 features a heated vibration table and volumetric dosing function and has all necessary functions and accessories for enrobing confections. It uses a color PLC touch screen display for a clear overview of all parameters. Select from various enrobing belt widths, either 300mm or 400mm wide. Other features include an enhanced detailer rod, adjustable blower, adjustable in-line vibration, adjustable heater, a plexiglass cover, and more.

  • Heated 80kg melting tank (optional 120kg tank)

  • Variable speed enrobing belt (.6-1.8m per second)

Betec chocolate machines are well built, both inside and out to optimize ease and longevity of use. Moulding (molding) capabilities can be expanded with a separated dosing pump for ongoing mould filling, a drop dosing head, and more. Enrober equipment is installed on the machine itself, instead of on the belt.
