Betec manufactures a robust all stainless steel 250kg chocolate melter (melting tank) on wheels, with bain-marie style heating, stirrer, and drains for easy chocolate removal.
The stirrer motor is mounted at the bottom of the tank powering bottom and side wall scrapping with approximately 18 turns per minute.
