The NUCLEO chocolate tempering machine is ideal for use with most any small to medium sized inclusions such as dried fruits, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, other nuts, cereals, grains, etc.

Operated with an on-board CPU panel, the tempering process is controlled by batch, and inclusions are then mixed in for depositing directly into moulds. The Nucleo's pneumatic dosing system allows the user to fill moulds individually or it can be equipped with an automatic mould loader for continuous production, and provided with a nozzle plate with valve adjustment per the customer's needs.

The Nucleo's pneumatic dosing system uses a pump designed to avoid excessive breakage of inclusions. However, please know that with multiple passages, breaking is inevitable. The percentage of inclusions that can be added is from 20 to 50% depending on the type selected.
