The UNICA automatic continuous tempering machine with 3-way value is ideal for bar moulding, allowing interrupted depositing. Unlike other chocolate depositing machines, the Unica does not stop and start the auger for each deposit so there is much less chance of thickening chocolate during your production run.

All other features of the Unica are same. It is equipped with an advanced three-zone tempering system for more precise control over the tempering curve, a CPU that controls the parameters, a removable vibrating table, a removable tempering auger, has a night cycle, and can be ordered with several options, including pneumatic dosing.

Operators can program and save individual tempering curves for the chocolates they use and can set a weekly schedule. For instance, you can schedule the machine to turn on early Monday morning to allow ample time for the chocolate to melt prior to the start of your work day. The CPU also controls the heating and cooling automatically based on the set points entered.

UNICA 40 features bright LED indicators that display when set melting and tempering points have been reached and when the machine is in night mode. This machine is available in single phase or 3-phase electrical and a 30A dedicated circuit is recommended.

The Unica tempering machine is recommended to be used with couverture chocolate. If using craft chocolate, the optional craft chocolate motor upgrade is required.
