The Infinity MT250 chocolate melter (melting tank) is a fully jacketed, temperature controlled melter with a 250kg capacity that accommodates a wide variety of food products, from chocolate to other fat-based masses to wax. An optional onboard auger-driven pump with a separate high-level discharge spout is available (see dropdown and last photo).
Infinity chocolate melters or melting tanks are designed with a sturdy, stable construction on strong castors that can be easily lifted by a forklift. They are made of all stainless steel construction and its contact parts are made of 304 S/S and its frame from 303 S/S. Temperature is digitally controlled and ingredients are stirred with a gate-type agitator. A butterfly discharge value is located approximately 400mm above ground level.
