Betec chocolate melters, or melting tanks, come in variety of sizes or made to order to your requirements, and available in a single, double or triple configuration.
Betec industrial chocolate melters, also called chocolate melting tanks, are equipped with a drain valve for manual dispensing or can be fitted with a pump to transport chocolate to other equipment. They are heated with a bain-marie system. Its water-jacket is equipped with an overflow pipe at the top and connecting branches at the base, through which water can be filled and tapped. Temperature is controlled by a thermostat with digital display and chocolate is agitated with a firm stirrer with wall and bottom scrapers. The stirrer motor is conveniently located beneath the tank for easy cleaning and all tanks are equipped with a standard 2" drain value in front for manual tapping and a 2" socket to add TM4 pumps or other equipment.
