Robust stainless steel Betec chocolate melter or melting tank, on wheels with bain-marie style heating, stirrer and drain for easy chocolate removal, comes with a built in top block melting devise.
The stirrer motor is mounted at the bottom of the tank powering bottom and side wall scrapping with approximately 18 turns per minute.
