The G600 stand-alone automatic gummy manufacturing and production system consists of a line capable of producing ~150,000 gummies per hour. It is for use with gelatin or pectin and is ideal for CBD, THC, and vitamin gummies in one or two colors.
The G600 gummy production line incorporates cooking, depositing, oil spraying, cooling and de-molding, and is operated by an easy-to-use touch screen panel. It is a flexible system with dual hoppers, auto dosing, quick release tooling, a dual brush removal system, and polyurethane food grade cooling belt. Two cooking kettles and a storage tank are included, plus a special designed de-moulding device.
