High temperature resistant slab pouring layup tray is stackable and ideal for cooling gummy for cutting into cubes or rectangles using a Dedy guitar cutter.
This tray item eliminates moulds and depositors. Simply pour your candy mass into the non-stick tray and remove when set. Two of these trays fit into BB-10V cooling/curing tray and can be used to stock and store the curing gummy cubes after cutting.
