Analogue Scioglichoc is a small 3.5 kg rectangular shaped chocolate melter that can accommodate filling chocolate molds.
Made of a durable plastic structure with a removable stainless steel chocolate pan and lid, the Shollychoc or Sholly-Choc (U.S. pronunciation) line of chocolate melters features an analog temperature dial and a dry (no water) heating system on the bottom and sides for even heating.
Made by ICB, this chocolate melting machine will safely dissolve, melt and maintain the temperature of your chocolate. When not in use, cover with included lid to keep out air debris.
