The Sholly-Choc 6 Kg chocolate melter is a durable and light weight plastic vessel with a removable stainless steel chocolate pan and lid.
This analog style chocolate melter will safely dissolve, melt and maintain the temperature of your chocolate using a dry heat method, gently heating on all sides and the bottom. When not in use, the included lid can be placed on top to prevent unwanted air debris.
