The Sholly-Choc 13.7 Kg table-top chocolate melter, made in Italy by ICB, will safely dissolve, melt and maintain the temperature of your chocolate using a dry heat method (no water), gently heating on all sides and the bottom. When not in use, the included lid can be placed on top to keep air debris out.
