The Dedy Mini Moulder is not what we consider "mini" and is ideal for day to day chocolate moulding applications such as making hollow chocolate shells and filling solid chocolate moulds.
It features a removable tank for easy cleaning and chocolate change out, separate readouts for melting and tempering, adjustable and variable speed wheel control, and comes with a full sized clear cover. An optional vibrating table and cart is available.

The Dedy Mini Moulder is fitted with a beautifully designed clear cover that completely closes off the chocolate chamber, allowing chocolate to stay in temper for extended periods of time and protects chocolate from airborne particles while not in use. Its removable tank and variable speed wheel are very nice features as well, making the Dedy Mini Moulding Machine the most cost effective moulding machine available. In addition, an optional vibrating table and rolling cart with locking wheels is available.
