The Revolation 2, also called the Rev 2, is a semi-automatic table-top chocolate tempering machine for the professional Chocolatier or chocolate enthusiast. It will melt, temper, and hold up to 1.5 lbs. of chocolate to 2/10 of a degree Fahrenheit, producing a daily output of ~10 lbs. per day.
