The Revolation 2 is an inexpensive semi-automatic tempering machine for melting and tempering up to 1.5 lbs. of chocolate, with additional features over the REV 1, including manual temperature adjustment (up to 120° during the Melt Cycle & 100° in Temper Mode), an LED temperature display, Overnight (standby) Mode, and Bowl Pause.
The Chocovison Revolation 2 has a fuly automatic micro-processor using forced hot air, a removal bowl and baffle, and can melt and temper up to 1.5 lbs. of chocolate at one time.

The Revolation 2 tempering machine, also called the Rev 2, possesses three features that the Mini Rev does not: Digital Display Screen, Bowl Pause, and Manual Temperature Adjustment. The digital display screen displays the chocolate's temperature as it moves up and down, from cycle to cycle, helping the user know at what point in the process they are at. The bowl pause feature allows you to stop the bowl for up to 90 seconds at a time to dip more delicate items, preventing them from breaking apart by dipping more quickly. And lastly, the manual temperature adjustment allows you to raise and lower the temperature set points to conform to higher cocoa mass chocolate, instead of only relying upon default settings.
