The Flexipan® RECTANGULAR CAKE individual baking mold is a very practical mold shape that is useful in every kitchen. Besides boasting a high quality professional reinforced silicone mold, it is also inexpensive and indispensable for restaurants, bakeries, and catering applications. Two sizes are available.
Flexipan® molds are made by Sasa Demarle, a French manufacturer and world leader of bakery and confectionery molds specializing in non-stick solutions. These high quality molds (or moulds) are extremely flexible, can be used for baking or freezing, are completely non-stick (NO GREASING), and are made with a patented fiber mesh on the outside of molds for longer lasting durability.
