Table top chocolate melters are available in various sizes with various options from the most popular manufacturers; Mol d'Art in Belgium, Krea Swiss in Switzerland, Dedy in Germany, and DR in Canada. Chocolate can be melted at a high enough temperature in these melters to melt out the existing crystals to allow for tempering via the seed method. Tempering machines can temper per batch or on a continuous basis. These machines are called automatic continuous tempering machines.
