Cooling tunnels for chocolate and confectionery are available in traditional horizontal tunnels and also in space saving vertical configurations.
Horizontal cooling tunnels allow enrobed food products to move from the enrober directly to the cooling tunnel. Decoration can be added to confections on the enrobing machine decorating table prior to being fed into the cooling tunnel. The length of the cooling tunnel and adjustable speed of the belt will ensure that confections are fully cooled and ready for packaging.
Vertical cooling tunnels are ideal for cooling polycarbonate moulds as moulds move up and down on a conveyor system allowing air to circulate on all sides of the mould.
