Other Moulding and Depositing Machines
TCF Sales offers other moulding and depositing machines for chocolate and confection making to fill moulds with automation and a metered dose. The Universal Depositor has a fully heated bin and is ideal for candy depositing. A smaller version of this depositor is also available. Heated pistons deposit the metered amount of candy, gummies, caramel, or chocolate and ganache using a lower temperature, into each row of mould cavities. If a heated hopper is not required or if you are not depositing candy, the standard confectionery depositing machine will meet your needs. Thousands of these machines are in use in Europe and U.S. customers are now embracing this efficiency tool as well. Metered dosing is also available in a hand held manual piston operated kitchen funnel.
