Chocolate World is the leader in producing polycarbonate moulds (molds) and offers a complete range of moulding / depositing work stations to fill moulds for solid and shell moulding applications. The table top Wheelie 14 is a good tool to fill moulds that incorporates a wheel to move the chocolate and by using the flood / scrap technique to fill the moulds. This machine can also be equipped with a vibration table that facilitates making shell moulds. See Table Top Moulding.
Chocolate World also produces continuous tempering machines for moulding, ranging in sizes from 12kg to 80kg tank capacities. These machines use an auger motor to move the chocolate and come standard with a heated grid vibration table and metered dosing functions. You can add a depositing head for one-shot filling of molds. Chocolate World also offers a complete moulding machine line that works with their tempering machines, and is comprised of a stackable mold feeder at one end and conveyers that move the moulds through the flood / scrap system to fill the moulds and then remove bubbles with the in-line vibration system, and finally dumps the moulds at the end for shell moulding.
