KeyChoc Moulding and Depositing
KeyChoc offers both batch melting and tempering and automatic continuous tempering. Capacity ranges from 20 kg to 70 kg and the larger machines can accommodate a pump to feed an enrobing machine or other machines and the LX and AX can accommodate the AML (automatic mould line). All of the KeyChoc moulding and depositing machines come standard with a sliding vein pump to circulate the chocolate and a stirrer. They also can be equipped with a timer for metering the chocolate depositing, a vibration table with grid, and a depositing head for one-shot depositing. The AML or automatic mould line allows moulds to be stacked into a mould loader assembly and fed through an optional heating cabinet before chocolate is deposited in a one-shot metered amount into each moulds and then pushed to a vibration station to remove air bubbles before removing moulds from the line.
