Mol d'Art Moulding
Mol d'Art moulding machines combine melting, tempering and moulding in a state-of-the-art double walled chassis to efficiently fill moulds to make pralines, tablets, bars and hollow figures for continuous productivity. During the melting process, chocolate is continuously stirred or mixed. During tempering, the integrated mixer distributes stable crystals throughout the chocolate. A rotating wheel moves the chocolate to the spigot for mould (or mold) filling and its speed is adjustable. Plus, the extra wide opening of this moulding machine is ideal to flood / scrape moulds.
These moulding machines are known for accurate electronic temperature control without temperature fluctuations, and can hold stable temperatures in all stages of the production process. Chocolate color change out is easy, making these moulding machines ideal for bakeries and Chocolatiers using different types of chocolate. Three models of molding machines are available in the Mol d' Art line. The smallest holds up to 15 kg of chocolate and can be used as a melter, tempering device and moulding device. The larger models hold 50 kg or 100 kg of chocolate and are complete moulding workstations.
