Cooling, Heating and Displays - For Moulded Chocolates
TCF Sales provides a variety of confectionery equipment for moulded chocolates: heating cabinets, cooling cabinets, vertical cooling tunnels, and spray cabins or cabinets for chocolate decoration. Cooling cabinets include humidity control, a working table top surface, and various sizes to hold from 48 to 96 moulds. Vertical cooling tunnels can fully cools chocolates at a rate of ~4 to ~7 moulds per minute for more automated requirements.
