Larger chocolate melters, also known as chocolate melting tanks, are offered in a variety of sizes and brands and ideal for feeding enrobers or other applications. Transfer pipes can be added to some, to move chocolate to and from the tank. Betec offers a double and triple compartments for different chocolate types. Custom sizes also available.
