Dedicated Enrobing Machines
Machines in this category are designed primarily to do enrobing functions for confections, pastry, cookies, cakes, etc. Characteristics of dedicated enrobing machines include motors for the enrobing belt and detailers are internal to the machine. Thus, no motors or blowers are attached to the enrobing line itself. These enrobers come standard with transparent covers and heating lamps to control the environment when enrobing as well as keep chocolate melted in overnight mode. The machines range from the Dedy line which is ideal for industrial lines using compound chocolate to BeTec and LCM tempering machines. All of these dedicated enrobers can be equipped with cooling tunnels.
