Enrobing for Coatings
These dedicated chocolate enrobing machines are ideal for bakeries and others using compound chocolate, whom do not require automatic continuous tempering. However, many customers use these enrobers with their couverture chocolate as well by feeding the machine with tempered chocolate from an external tank or by adding a thick row of shaved fresh tempered chocolate lenghtwise across the wire belt and allowing it to gently move through the system for ~25 minutes.
