BRAVO has a long and successful history of producing innovative products including the Trittico, which was first introduced in 1974. Since then, it has evolved with varying degress of functionality. The Trittico Business machine is an advanced frozen dessert lab that produces a creamy and dry gelato, granita, semifreddos and sauces. The Trittico Executive is the first multi-function pastry machine that produces gelato, sorbet and granita, plus fillings like whipped creams (butter cream, mousseline cream, pate a bome, lemon curd, etc.), and also sauces and jams. The Trittico Evo is an advanced pastry lab for desserts that includes chocolate tempering and producing emulsified creams and pate a choux.
