TCF Sales works with our Customers to provide cost effective mold (mould) solutions. To design a custom made silicone mold, please provide the following:
- Cavity W x L X D
- Number of cavities desired per mould sheet
- Your shape sketch or drawing
- Company or product logo or other artwork
Keep in mind the following:
- Minimum order 100 ea.
- Discounts for 100 - 199 ea. and 200+
- Tooling charge: $3,800 (includes rendering & pre-production sample)
- Lead Time: ~45 days
- Outer Mold DIMS (for use with table top depositors): 11.5" x 15" (292 x 381)
- Outer Mold DIMS (for other applications): as desired
