The Savage Bros. business was founded in 1855 by two brothers, Richard and Edward Savage, whose parents migrated to the United States in 1833. At that time, the young brothers committed to design and manufacturer the finest machinery for the candy maker. 

Beginning with wood burning and coal fired candy stoves, the business continued to evolve. Today, 150+ years later, more efficient gas and electric stoves are provided, plus a wide variety of candy making equipment with improved functionality for batch production, quality and uniformity.

When the last generation of Savage's failed to produce heirs to carry on the business and legacy, and the remaining Savage relative passed on, Savage Bros. was sold to the present-day operating group. This group continues to engineer and manufacturer high quality candy making equipment and has partnered with Hacos to distribute chocolate tempering equipment as well.  

TCF Sales provides a variety of Savage Bros. candy making machinery to cook and mix ingredients such as caramel, toffee, brittle, and hard candy. Customers can select from basic electric candy cooking stoves or gas candy cooking stoves and cookers with optional agitation for mixing or can select models that cook and mix ingredients identically with each batch, such as the Savage Bros. Firemixer. The Firemixer candy cooker comes in a variety of sizes, starting with the Savage Bros. FM-14 table top cooker-mixer that is very popular, to large batch cooker mixers such as the S-217 Chief Firemixer and the S-217 Warrior Firemixer. 

Also offered are Savage Bros. cooking kettles and paddles, cooling / heating tables, caramel depositors, chocolate and icing tanks, and industrial use roller cutters.
