A 2-day class with Chef Adam Thomas!
What: Join us for a two day class focused on 80's and 90's nostalgia, using today's technologies. This is a hands on class guided by Chef Adam Thomas (bio below). Chef will be demonstrating panned items such as Bourbon Pecans and PB&J Balls. Cold items utilizing the Bravo Trittico 18 Gelato machine and making bars using the Chocolate World Enrober and Automatic tempering machine. We will also be showing how to utilize the Dedy Guitar Cutter and Lay-Up trays. And so much more!
When: October 1st and 2nd.
Where: TCF Sales, in the Austin, TX area.
