Save time and obtain precise portions with a guitar cutter for cookie dough and other soft foods. This cookie dough cutter cuts dough into 6.5 mm (.25") pieces, using a dough rope that fits inside the 40 mm forms. Width of dough cuts can be increased by removing wires from the cutting frame as desired.

The dough troughs can be ordered in various configurations. Like other Dedy guitar cutters, this cookie dough guitar cutter is high quality and will cut precisely for many, many years. No nylon or plastic to break. The molds or troughs are made of durable anodized precision cut aluminum. All other parts are made of stainless steel. Cut using both forms at one time.

This Dedy wire guitar cutter is made for cutting cookie dough to produce shortbread cookies, ginger cookies, English biscuits, tea biscuits, and other small cookies using similar doughs. This machine is not intended to accommodate nuts and inclusions but very small nuts or inclusions are typically no problem but you may have to try various dough temperatures to determine what works best. Temperature of all dough logs should be stable to cut, colder or chilled but not frozen.
