Two 3 kg stainless steel pans can be inserted into your 6 kg Mol d'Art melter, placed side-by-side, and used instead of 1 ea. 6 kg pan. However, keep in mind, heat will not be supplied between the pans, only on the bottom and sides, so seed tempering while using 3 kg pans in the 6 kg Mol d'Art melter is not recommended.
