The Betec CL 600 chocolate moulding line is operated by two people and used in conjunction with a hand moulding machine or automatic tempering machine, placed underneath the depositing unit of the moulding line. 

The CL 600 has an average speed of 10 mould per minute or ~600 per hour. The process is controlled with a color touch screen display with a clear overview of parameters. Easily change the speed of the chain, heating capacity, preheating, water temperature (guiding), heating capacity scrapers, and vibrating on/off.

Moulds are placed manually on the chain that positions them under the mould heater, then they are positioned underneath the depositing unit to be filled. The depositing unit is equipped with electrically heated scrapers that remove excess chocolate from the moulds prior to passing to the vibrating table, and then to the take-off table. Both the chain and take-off table are equipped with trays to collect falling chunks of chocolate.

Manufactured by Betec in Belgium, the CL 600 is made completely of stainless steel 304 thickness 3mm, and it is easy and fast to clean.
