The Fire Mixer 14 is made of stainless steel construction. Mix and cook many types of candy or other products with temperatures up to 450° F. The kettle can lock into a semi-titled position for enhanced mixing action while cooking and it's convenient easy-pull handle allows for 1-hand pouring (or add an optional sanitary valve to transfer).
