The Betec chocolate stringer is designed to create chocolate or sugar decorations on your pralines or other confections. Using the on-board touch screen, various decorations can be selected such as zig-zag, loops and other designs.
The chocolate stringer decorator head is driven by servo-engines and all nozzles are heated to guarantee optimal results. It is available in two versions: as a unit to be place above a belt or as a separate machine to be place behind the belt. It can be connected to an enrober for a constant flow of chocolate.
