The KeyChoc 24kg INFINITY BX is a fully automatic tempering machine with touch screen control, removable auger, and a very competitive price.

The Infinity BX automatic chocolate tempering machine has a tank capacity of 24kgs yet only requires a minimum batch size of 6kgs, and can be used down to 3 kgs of tempered chocolate before reloading and retempering, or customers can periodically top-off with melted chocolate while running. The BX is very easy to use and is KeyChoc's entry level machine for those looking for a step-down from the Infinity AX (with larger capacity and flowrate).

The BX tempering machine features a quick removable auger for easy chocolate changes. It has a pump reverse option to empty the auger tube and outlet pipe, and the outlet pipe can be swivelled to fill large moulds alongside the machine. The BX

The INFINITY BX tempering machine offers many nice features. The auger is easily removed from the top of the machine allowing remaining chocolate to be shaken off into the tank with no mess. As a result, full machine cleaning can be accomplished in just 15-20 minutes (excluding drying time).
