Dosicream-2 is a pastry dosing and filling machine with two hoppers, to increase dosage of creams, chocolate, and jams by injection for donuts, cannoli, croissants, bagels, fritters, etc.
Three (3) modes of operation are available on the Dosicream dosing and filling machine: manual, automatic and sequential. In manual mode, product is dispensed until you release the handle/pedal for maximum flexibility during the dosing process. In automatic mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose that you designated in advance. In sequential mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose and pause time that you designated in advance.
The Doiscream-2 allows you to save up to nine (9) different programs for quick use. It is easy to wash and allows you to remove the hoppers, gears, adapters and nozzles separately. Select from a wide variety of options including various hopper nozzles, exit adapters, foot pedal, extension tube with filling gun, hopper heating belt, etc.
