Dosicream is a pastry dosing and filling machine for creams and chocolate. It is designed to quickly fill croissants, cannoli, donuts, bagels, fritters, etc. with creams and jams.

Dosicream provides three (3) modes of operation: manual, automatic and sequential. In manual mode, product will be dispensed until you release the handle/pedal. This provides maximum flexibility during the dosing process. In automatic mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose set in advance. In sequential mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose and pause time set in advance.

The Dosicream frame and gear hopper is made of stainless steel. The hopper has a capacity of 8.5 liters (optional 13 L). With its electronic card, users can save up to nine (9) different programs for quick use. It is easy to wash and allows you to remove the hopper, gears, adapters and nozzles separately.
