Dosicream is a pastry dosing and filling machine for creams and chocolate. It is designed to quickly fill croissants, cannoli, donuts, bagels, fritters, etc. with creams and jams.

Dosicream provides three (3)  modes of operation: manual, automatic and sequential. In manual mode, product will be dispensed until you release the handle/pedal. This provides maximum flexibility during the dosing process. In automatic mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose set in advance. In sequential mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose and pause time set in advance.

The Dosicream frame and gear hoper is made of stainless steel. The hopper has a capacity of 8.5 liters (optional 13 liter hopper). Withs its electronic card, users can save up to nine (9) different programs for quick use. It is easy to wash and allows you to remove the hoppers, gears, adapters and nozzles separately.

Fill pastries with vanilla and chocolate creams or jams using a Doiscream. Select from a wide variety of options, including larger hopper size, hopper adapters, nozzles, pedal, extension tube with filling gun, hopper heating belt, etc.
