Dosicream-3 is a professional dosing and filling machine for pastry shops, to increase the speed of filling croissants, donuts, cannoli, bagels, fritters and more, with with creams and jams.
the Dosicream-3 has three (3) modes of operation: manual, automatic and sequential. In manual mode, product is dispensed until you release the handle/pedal for maximum flexibility during the dosing process. In automatic mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose that you designated in advance. In sequential mode, product is dispensed with precision per the dose and pause time that you designated in advance.
Its electronic card allows you to save up to nine (9) different programs for quick use. It is easy to wash and allows you to remove the hoppers, gears, adapters and nozzles separately.
Fill pastries with vanilla and chocolate creams or jams using a Doiscream-3. Select from a wide variety of options, including larger hopper size, hopper adapters, nozzles, pedal, extension tube with filling gun, hopper heating belt, etc.
